Companies House is asking company directors (and other key individuals) to verify their identity as part of new anti-fraud and transparency measures introduced under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023.

We are an Accounting Practice and an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) with Companies House and as such we can verify a director's identity on your behalf within 24 hours of receiving the documents. Once the verification is completed, you'll receive a reference from Companies House to the email you will provide in the next page.
